Close complete button not changing state to awaiting acceptance in HR Agent Workspace

Hi,

we have upgraded to UTAH in our DEV environment and are configuring HR agent workspace.  All our HR services are set to manual and buttons were available in the form view outside of the workspace, which agents use to move cases through different states.  I have found within 'configure UI actions' that there is a tickbox to make these appear in the workspace, but when I add the 'closed complete' button it is not changing the state to 'awaiting acceptance'.. it is not doing anything.  Here is the script that is in the original UI Action, but the section below is empty. Can anyone advise what would be needed here to create the same functionality as is working outside the workspace and move the case to 'awaiting acceptance' ?

Hey @Sam Birkett -

Have you checked on your UX Form Actions to be sure those are in place for the agent workspace?

With the new Agent Workspace for HR Case Management, we also have to make sure the UX Form Actions are there properly.

And here is the script from my PDI for Close Complete UI Action form, and when used from the HR Agent Workspace, the case is moved into Awaiting Acceptance:

Maybe start with the UX form Actions, and be sure they are there, active, and pointing to the correct action.

Just a quick thought to get you started.

Let us know if all of the UX Form action configuration is there and in place for you.

Thank you,

-Rob

Thanks, Rob - I'm experiencing the same issue in Agent Workspace for HR. We have a corresponding Close Complete UX Form Action (which was auto-created when we selected 'Format for Workspace') -- and yet nothing's happening to our record when the UI Action is clicked. Any other suggestions come to mind? Thanks!
