COE Security Policy not working in TEST

I have created COE security policies for one of the employee relation service to restrict cases and it is working fine in DEV but not in TEST. I have checked all the configurations and also table ACL on both DEV and TEST, those all look same on both side then why the coe policy not working in TEST.

@shrikantkhodke without knowing all of the details, I would next check to see if an associated Application Restricted Caller Access record is NOT in a status of "Allowed".

I have checked that also there is no Application Restricted Caller Access record

@shrikantkhodke can you detail what is not working, specifically? Understanding your configuration will give us more details to understand where things are going wrong.
