Hi Ramius,

To answer your questions adding custom field is not always recommended & there is no threshold as well if you want to. So, its upto you to get it limited in case it cannot be avoided or there is a demand from business for the same.

--> You can add custom fields to COE tables.But, make sure that you may have issues in future upgrade in terms on customizations.

--> There is no limit to number of custom fields.

--> It depends on how often you query COE table.
