Collect Employee Input - Employee Forms

Hello Everyone.

I've been working in a LifeCycle event in which an HR Task is assigned to a manager, I associated the survey created in the employee form in the HR Task (Collect Employee input), but the survey is not being displayed in the To Do's.

Does anyone know what can be happening?

With current configuration, the survey created for that Employee Form is being displayed and able to complete in mobile app, but not in the Regular Portal.

Do I need to configure the HR Task in the To do's configuration?

Yes!! you will have to configure To Dos.

HR Tasks were already configured.

The survey is shown in the task once is updated, reassigning it or commenting it. How can we avoid that?
