Configure fields in Agent Workspace.

Hi, 

How to add SLID, Personnel number in interaction form and that fields are available in HR Profile table. 

Please find attached screenshot. 

 

Can anyone please help me to add that field in interaction.

Hi,

Open the interaction table records in classic view(navpage) and change the view to workspace and then add the fields on the form.  Once you added the fields in the workspace view, kindly check the record in workspace.

Hi, 

I have done it but I'm not able to see HR Profile data to add from left side to right side in form layout in workspace view. 

I have to show that mentioned fields in interaction form. 

Can you please help me with this.

Hi,
Navigate to form layout -> select the "workspace" view -> add the required fields. It will appear in the agent workspace.

I have already tried it but it is not working and fields which I have to add that are from HR Profile table and in interaction form layout I'm not able to see that fields. 

Please help me with this.
