Connected Contect Redirecting to Wrong Page

Hello, I am working on the employee center portal right now. Underneath my IT topic, I want to add "Knowledge" which links to the knowledge base page kb_home. I set this up via connected content, but it is redirecting me to the wrong page.

As you can see in the image, I am being redirected to whatever this is. I have tried logging out, clearing my cache, using quick links, and the result is always the same. I'm always brought to this incorrect page no matter what I try.

I would like to add that clicking "knowledge" in the mega menu at the top works as expected - it's only the child topic of IT that always redirects me to the wrong page.

It looks like you have a sub-topic page under IT called "Knowledge", rather than linking back to your "Knowledge" topic page.

Hi @TylerRyan,

If you add any topics under IT topic and used connected connect for redirection, it will always redirects to the Taxonomy topic page which is the OOB behavior.

You need to set Quick link within 'Knowledge' topic to redirect it to specific page.
