Lifecycle event one task closed cancelled

Hi @Sandeep Rajput ,

There is one requirement as per HR Life cycle once case created & task & others activity will be created based on the container configuration. but if first task cancelled then next flow will not be triggered, can we handle through container or any other approach?

Please assist here.

@abirakundu23 Container is the best approach in this case as it can control the triggering of activities one after another by using the order field.

Hi @Sandeep Rajput ,

Thanks for your response. Can we handle with container for different countries? First task cancel then next flow will not be triggered which is only for one country but for other countries it will be same ,i.e next flow will be triggered.
is it achieve by container? is there any impact? Please assist.
 

@abirakundu23 You can define multiple activity container with audience to trigger different containers for different countries.
