Contextual side panel is completely not visible for custom workspace

Hi,

There is custom HRSD Workspace for which Contextual Side Panel is not visible, when I open any HR Case or HR task from the list.

Initially, it was there but afterwards it disappeared, don't know how. 

I tried finding the solution for it, but not found any reasonable solution yet. 

I am attaching the screenshot of the form, how it appears now, when we open any case.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
