Content Experience: Notification Content

Hi!

 

We got a requirement for Notification Content to be able to change the display name of the email "from" but by still using the same email we are using for our instance. I think this is not possible since we got a label defined to it already. 

 

I want to check if my thinking is correct here: 

 

The only option to avoid using the same label is basically to set up additional email in email accounts and use it to send communications from it when it applies relevant label that was configured for the email account. And additionally this is needed in the first place in order to sent an email from this mailbox.

Hey @Hemanth M1 ,

I have a different scenario since content notification has campaign emails - reply to and from is dynamic, based on value from the notification content. It will be a few emails. 

 

Reply to is getting populated properly and works as expected. 

From is different than emails we set up as STMP and if someone inputs value different than STMP emails, it will end up in sent status in the email log but not being sent out. We are using OOTB Content Publishing.
