Create a HR case when employee or manager reply to notification

there will be surveys triggering to manager(present in the system) and candidate ( this candidate will not be present in the system) as well , so we should create a HR case when candidate or manager replies to that mail, here from xyz table we should dot walk type field, and if type is candidate survey, we should set a default user for subject person, if type is manager survey, we should check from whom the mail is from and set him as subject person ( we cannot use subject as condition).
