Create Case button Dsiabled after Selecting HR Service

Hi Experts,

We are facing below Issue

When using Create New Case option, the moment we select HR Service "Create Case" option is disabled.

This is happening from Agent workspace and only in SanDiego release.

Please provide some inputs on how to fix this Issue.

If you use the browser's dev tools, specifically the Network tab and Console (assuming you're in Chrome, others would be similar), do you see the "service_selected" transaction after the service is selected? Are there any errors in the console?

Perhaps the page is having issues retrieving the Case Creation Service Configuration record? Check this table for records and relationship to the HR services: sn_hr_core_config_case_creation

Is this happening for any HR Service you select? Are you able to successfully create a case from the regular platform view (i.e., not Agent Workspace)?
