How to make the checklist visible only under particular condition

HI All,
I created a checklist for a particular service (eg - general enquiry) it has few service types. Now my requirement is to make the checklist visible only under one servicetype not for the entire service. what are the possible ways to acheieve this please provide solutions...

OOB, the checklist defined on the HR Service is not conditional. You may want to consider adding additional HR Services with the appropriate checklists, so if a general inquiry is opened it can be transferred to the correct service. You can add conditional fulfillment instructions though, if you wanted to go that route.
