Hi ,
I'm trying to create an HR case from Phone call . I'm unfamiliar with the procedure; please provide any reference documents (HRSD).
For example, if a customer calls, he is given several options right.
In such cases, our requirement is If option 1 is chosen, an HR case is created, and the 2 press case is updated.
