'Create HR Case' UI Action in Interaction Record

Hi Team,

When in HR Agent Workspace, while creating Interaction record, we can see 'Create HR Case' UI Action visible over there. Once click, it will generate the HR Case record.

But, while in classic view, i cannot see the same ui action present over there. 

Also, there is no UI Action present with the name 'Create HR Case'.

I want to have this functionality present on the interaction record as well, so once clicked it will generate HR Case record directly by UI Action Button.

Hey there,

Not sure if you are still having problems. This "Create HR Case" button is a 'Declarative Action' and is under the Next Experience Framework. I am currently trying to understand how to modify it and so wont be much help from that perspective, but figured I would share where I found the action if you still need it.
