Hi everyone,
does anyone have experience with the Journey Accelerator/Designer?
When a journey is created, the jny_journeys page comes up with the JNY Journey Tabs Widget. There's a link in that widget to a preconfigured KB article - the Manager Guide to Journeys.
We were able to edit the article after running the Fix Script for enabling versioning, but the link in the widget doesn't seem to behave as expected.
- Admins can access the latest version of the article via link just fine
- Other users with proper access rights receive an error message (yes, the have all access rights and roles they need, in the backend and KB- or SP-pages they can acces and read)
Interestingly, how theses users access the article directly via the KB portal or Service Portal and can view it without any issues. But if they click the link in the JNY Journey Tabs Widget, they get an error.
The link is coded using sys_kb_id. For admins, this opens the lates version of the article with the newest sys_id. For other users with valid permissions - it fails, only the initial sys-Id of the KB article stays in the link and they get error message.
We tried updating the widget to use the KB article number (it's KB0110011) instead of sys_kb_id, but that caused the widget to crash entirely. It's a high risk file btw.
Has anyone faced this issue or found a workaround?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
