Create HR task using flow designer if subject person on the hr lifecycle case is manager

Hi - I want to create the task under specific lifecycle activity set if the subject person is Manager for any user.

How do I create this using flow designer.

@Simran321 This is how you should configure your flow.

I am also attaching the flow XML which I have prepared. You can import this XML on your PDI instance and create a similar flow in your HR Application.
