Create tasks using Service Activities

Hello,

I need to automatically create three tasks every time a certain case is submitted. I have created the service with the fulfillment type of Service Activity. Then in the Service Activities related list tab, I added three activities with Task as the Activity type. I also created HR Templates for the tasks. When I submit the case, the tasks are not being created. Does anyone know what I've done wrong or if there is additional configuration required?

Hi @Suzanne H What types of HR Tasks are you creating? If they were document (generating) tasks I would expect this without any case options. If you can let us know the HR Task types that will help get you up to par.

I am still experiencing this issue, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or knows of a solution.

Hi @Suzanne H For the Service Activities that are creating an HR Service you will need to select this as the Activity Type instead of a HR Task (image below). This is the reason why the service activities are not triggering.
