Create tasks using Service Activities

Hello,

I need to automatically create three tasks every time a certain case is submitted. I have created the service with the fulfillment type of Service Activity. Then in the Service Activities related list tab, I added three activities with Task as the Activity type. I also created HR Templates for the tasks. When I submit the case, the tasks are not being created. Does anyone know what I've done wrong or if there is additional configuration required?

Hi!  Did you ever find a solution to this?

@davilu This had to do with the assigned state (Ready or WIP from Draft). There is an OOtB Business Rule that triggers based on the state.
