Creating ACL to make editable only for specific groups

Hello,

I want 'assigned to' and 'assignment group' field to be editable only for following the groups if the HR case is assigned to them.

Group A

Group B

This is what I have but it's not working, Example.

Also that ACL does does grant write access to all er writers, so - as stated previously - ALL OTHER ACLs already granting access MUST be disabled.

"sn_hr_er.document_writer" I can't seem to find it at all

Actually that was just an example.

You should use a role that everyone else has, a role that regular users who should write that field have.

It's not working. I'm not sure why. One thing I see is that the groups already a role specific to them only. But they also have roles shared by other groups. Would that affect things?

No, that should not be a problem.

Could you share the current ACL configuration?

The list of ACLs that are for write over sn_hr_er_case would also greatly help.
