Creating ACL to make editable only for specific groups

Hello,

I want 'assigned to' and 'assignment group' field to be editable only for following the groups if the HR case is assigned to them.

Group A 

Group B

This is what I have but it's not working, Example.

You need to create another set of ACLs, one for write on assigned_to and one for write on assignment_group, this time for the special role and with condition Assignment group is.

I don't know. I see this ACL that is on the same field. But it was created by the system.

What do you mean you don't know what the problem is?
Is it that people who should not have access do?

Or that people who should have access don't?
