CSM Workspace – how to change default font (style/size) for “Compose Email” editor?

I’m working in CSM Workspace and using the Compose Email action from a Case record.
When I open a new email draft, the rich‑text editor in the “New Email Draft” tab always defaults to Verdana, 10pt . I would like the default for agents to be Times New Roman, 11pt whenever they compose an email from CSM Workspace.
What is the correct way to configure this?
- Does this come from a specific Rich Text Editor configuration that I can change?
- Or is the only supported approach to enforce the font via email templates / layouts / signatures (CSS/HTML) instead of changing the editor’s default?

I believe it comes from the Email Client Templates and it picks the font from there

I checked in SOW & CSM for incident and it doesn't pick from email client template
I believe it's somewhere configured at UI builder level
Irrespective of the workspace and table used, it's always Verdana 10pt
