Hi Community,
HR Lifecyle Event Cases are assigned to X and its HR Tasks are also assigned to X.
Now, X can view the tasks under his "To Do" list in the Portal,
When X is absent and Y is delegate of X, then Y is not able to view the tasks of X under his "To Do" List in the Portal.
Note : - I already configured the "Granular delegation" but delegate user not able see the HR Task under his "To Do" list in the portal.
Anyone please help me with this scenario.

Hi
Just having Granular delegation Plugin installed won't help you.
Follow the steps below:"
1. Navigate to Granular Delegation> Delegation Rule Tables:
Enter the table name as per your requirement.
Example: for cases it would be " sn_hr_core.case"
2. Once step 1 is completed and clicked on "Submit", it will automatically take you to create "Delegation Rules"
here you will need to mention the conditions as when you want the delegation to be happening.
checkboxes "assignment" and "approvals" should be checked as per your question here.
3. Finally, Navigate to Granular delegation> Create New Delegate
a>Fill the details here as for whom you are going to create the delegation for , since when and till when user will be delegated.
b>Save
c>Go to the Related list of " Delegation Rule", "Click "Edit" and add the delegation rule you want from Left to right slush bucket.
Example:
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep

Hi @Community Alums ,
Is the task has been assigned to the same user you are testing with?

There are some cases and tasks assigned to X( they are ready in state), I configured and delegated a user Y to X as you mentioned. X and Y have same roles.
I opened portal by impersonating Y and saw that there is no cases and tasks assigned to him.
Am I missing anything @Community Alums ?
