I created an Onboarding process that will allow Field Service supervisors to onboard technicians. I tried to run a test on the lifecycle event to see if activity sets that I created thus far would work. A lifecycle events case was created and the associated task. However, the tasks have a 'Due date' that is null. I set each of the task templates up with 'due date' using the 'expected start date'. The user that I tested with has an 'Employee Start Date' of 2/4/23. I'm not sure why my 'Due date' on the HR Tasks is null.
Also seeing this error for one of the cases that was opened for this lifecycle event:
'Execute operation on script include 'hr_ActivitySet' from scope 'Employee Center Core' was denied. The application 'Employee Center Core' must declare a cross scope access privilege. Please contact the application admin to update their access requests'. The script include does have 'Caller Access Restriction', however it is accessible from 'All application scopes'
Thank you Pranesh072 for helping with the Caller Access Restriction issue. I have changed the status to Allowed.
I have additional information. I need a way to populate the 'Expected Start Date' with the 'Employee Start Date' from the user's profile once the Onboarding process is triggered. Can anyone help with this? This will save me time where I will Not have to update 83 task templates.

You have to update the Restricted Caller Access Privileges 's status to allowed.
