Discuss button in HR Agent workspace

Hi everyone, I want to hide/disable the "Discuss" button specifically for HR Cases in the HR workspace. Can anyone please help with this?

I have similar issue, i want to deactivate it for certain table, however unable to do. Can you help how you deactivated for HR tables your workaround so i can try it for my requirements.

This is what I did with a focus on removing the Discuss "button" from our HR Agent Configurable Workspace

1) Navigate to table sys_ux_form_action_layout
2) Search for Table contains sn_hr_core and Name is Record Page
3) Open the Record Page for sn_hr_core_case
4) Go to related list UX Form Action Layout Items
5) Find label is Discuss
6) Update Active to False

How can we hide the DISCUSS button dynamically based on the sys callback table entry. As this application is global can we modify  using any scripts.
