We have created a document template for employment letter.
We have a requirement where user submits a employment form (Record Producer) on portal. This creates a HR case in backend. As soon as the case is assigned to someone we need to attach the document template to the HR case and an email should be sent to 'opened for' person along with this document.
How can we achieve this?
