Select file button not visible (document management)

Hello Community,
I recently installed document management plugin (com.snc.platform_document_management) for managing attachments on HR cases. I configured related list on one of HR COEs. As a admin I am able to create a new document record and publish a version(in Native + HR agent Workspace) by uploading a file under a document record created. And as an HR agent I can create a new document record but cannot see "select file" button to upload files in HR agent workspace while it works in Native UI only. Am currently using ServiceNow Zurich version and HR agent workspace with 4.3.1 version( sn_hr_agent_ws). Attached screenshot for reference.
Can someone please help me with the root cause and fix for this.

Are you trying to create document template where "select File" option missing for HR Agent ?
Please confirm.

am just creating a document record under an HR case. am not creating template.
steps I followed:
1)Installed plugin and configured "Documents" related list to one of HR COEs.
2) Opened an HR case in HR agent workspace and created a new document through related list in HR agent workspace.
3) in the created document, I want to publish a version by uploading a file from local where the HR agent cannot see "select file" button.

Hi @Shashic ,
I have followed the same steps and it is working fine for me where HR Agent having "sn_hr_core.basic", case writer , document writer roles able to see the "select file" button at right side. HR Agent should have case writer or document writer role along with basic role.
You can remove all roles from HR Agent's user profile and add it again, after that try it.
I have tried in my PDI and it's working fine. Attach screenshots as your reference.
