Duplicate case is creating when double clicking the "Create case" button in hr agent workspace

Hi

In HR agent workspace, For creating a new HR case, when we filled the mandatory information and after that if we double click the "Create case" button., it ends to create 2 cases where one is actual case and another one is duplicate case which is clear replica of original one

As i am new to agent workspace functionality, please clarify me whether its existing behavior or its a mis functionality

if it's not existing behavior ,please suggest me how to clear this issue

Did you check this functionality in a fresh PDI to check if this is a platform feature?

yes checked in PDI, there if we are double clicking there is no duplicate case is created,only single case is getting genarated

then some issue in your instance.

Did you check any BR has current.insert() or any other custom script is written to duplicate?

@Ankur Bawiskar If any BR has set up for workspace which table will used for workspace set up?
