'Edit' option on the 'Preview document' in HR case?

Hi,

Does anyone know how to enable the 'Edit' option on the 'Preview Document' button? Buttons like Generate/Regenerate or Initiate Document Tasks are available.

after clicking the Preview button, I don’t see the Edit option, even though the SN docs indicate it should be available.

The goal is to give the agent the option to edit the document before manually clicking Initiate Document Tasks.

I did some research and it seems that it’s not possible to edit a PDF document dynamically in the Preview window. It looks like the functionality is designed OOB for HTML documents only, so dynamic modifications aren’t allowed in Preview.

Hi @miro2, I know its bit late to respond but it will help you if its not fixed yet.

These buttons comes from the UI pages. You need to check the UI page in script. find edit document then you can update.

'preview_html_document_dialog' check this UI page and update style if any styel id added as none then you can remove then it will works as expected.
