Hello Community,

    In Employee Center, with admin account, a Record Producer reference variable has 3 values:

However, when I am connected with another user, the values are not displayed:

The Variable is a Reference to sn_hr_core_benefit_provider table:

Can you help me to display the values for all Users which have the snc_internal role, please ?

Thank and Regards

@psypniew Could you please check if the query_range and query_match ACLs are defined on the table sn_hr_core_benefit_provider table and snc_internal role is added to it?

check  the table level ACL on "sn_hr_core_benefit_provider" table.

Ideally it should have some higher role, if the ACL is OOB you can create a new read ACL on this table with snc_internal role.

I have a read ACL on the table with snc_internal role. User with this role can read the list of records in Back Office:

But the User is unable to see the list in the Employee Center Record Producer Variable.

@psypniew Do you have sn_hr_core_benefit_provider.* ACL with snc_internal role?

@psypniew

If your non-admin doesn't have read access to the table being referred by that variable then it won't show the data.

Any advanced reference qualifier is applied to that variable?

Any query business rule on that table is restricting it?

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
