I have a requirement in ServiceNow Employee Center where I need to restrict access to the Information Security menu/topic to only users who are managers.
The manager status is maintained on the user's HR Profile using the Is Manager field.
Requirement
- If the logged-in user's HR Profile has Is Manager = true → they should be able to access Information Security.
- If Is Manager = false → they should not have access to Information Security.
- Ideally, Information Security should also be hidden from the Employee Center navigation for non-managers.
- We want to achieve this using out-of-box/native configuration, if possible.
- We would prefer to avoid customizing the Employee Center header/menu widget unless there is no supported OOB option.
can any one please help me on this . Please provide me steps to achieve this requriment .

If Information Security is the topic, navigate to topics from application navigator
Search for information security topic and there is a field called Enable user Criteria Check, check that box and Create one User Criteria Record with advanced checkbox enabled like below
and refer that User criteria record in the available for field in the topic
