Employee Center – Restrict “Information Security” Menu Access to Managers Only

Hi Community,

I have a requirement in ServiceNow Employee Center where I need to restrict access to the Information Security menu/topic to only users who are managers.

The manager status is maintained on the user's HR Profile using the Is Manager field.

Requirement

• If the logged-in user's HR Profile has Is Manager = true → they should be able to access Information Security.
• If Is Manager = false → they should not have access to Information Security.
• Ideally, Information Security should also be hidden from the Employee Center navigation for non-managers.
• We want to achieve this using out-of-box/native configuration, if possible.
• We would prefer to avoid customizing the Employee Center header/menu widget unless there is no supported OOB option.

can any one please help me on this . Please provide me steps to achieve this requriment .

loggiend as a manager - tab is not showing
