Employee Journey Management - COnfiguring Onboarding journey

Hi all,

I'm working on implementing Onboarding Journey for our new hires.

But I've a big question in design.

How can we start a onboarding journey for candidates (who have not joined the company yet)

Because ideally their HR Profiles are created only 2 weeks before their start date from workday sync. But we may want to start their onboarding journey even before 2 weeks. How do we handle this?
