Employee Relations - Collaborator field

Please describe the security set on the collaborator field for employee relations cases.  How can I add individuals outside of the employee relations team as a collaborator?

Hi,

A user can be added to the Collaborators list on the case record as long as they have the role "sn_hr_core.case_writer". An HR agent with the ''sn_hr_core.basic'' role will already inherit the role "sn_hr_core.case_writer" and should therefore be able to have access to the record in which they are a collaborator, even after the case closure.
