Enable the "is One of" operator in column filter within the HR Agent Workspace

Hi team,

How can I configure the column filters in the HR agent workspace  to include the ' is One of ' operator , allowing users to filter records based on multiple selected values within a single field?

I believe IS ONE OF is not supported there
