Email not triggering to opened for

Hi,
In my PDI, for "Opened For Case commented" notification I have checked include attachment field. So that the attachments which are added in hr case when commented it has to trigger to opened for person when I check in sys email table it shows it triggered to my email id, but it has not triggered. In email properties also "Email sending enabled" is checked still I am not receiving any email. Kindly help me with this issue.

Hi @Ramya1206 ,
In PDI SMTP is not enabled. ServiceNow has stopped giving SMTP details as OOB. You can yours if you want to trigger the same.
