Estimated Time to Resolution HR Case

I want the ETTR plugin installed
so that the system will calculate and display the ETTR in the HR Case list view if selected as an option.

This functionality is not available for HR scope unfortunately.

We have it for ITSM and Global scope. see below the plugins :
