Field highlighting does not work for reference fields in workspaces list view

Field highlighting does not work for reference fields in workspaces list view in HR Agent Workspace but works for Incidents in SOW. Any ideas how to highlight reference fields in the list view?

Hi Ravi - I checked the article. My question is that its working fine for SOW workspace but not HR Agent workspace.
