How to add a reference field in HR Agent Workspace Case creation

Hi everyone,
I hope you are doing well.
I'm trying to add a reference field to HR Case creation on HR Agent Workspace but I am not getting the expected result. Currently I have a field called HR Service that shows a list of available HR Services for the User. I want to add a new field called 'HR Service description' that automatically adds the description of the HR Service currently selected.
I know it's in UI Builder, but what is the configuration I need to achieve this reference behavior?
Below is a print of the current fields I have on HR Case creation in Workspace:
How can I add a reference field like mentioned above?

only fields which are present on Case table can be added
Configure the HR case creation form for an HR service

Hi Ankur,
HR Service Description can be 100% sure added there with automatic behavior. As I mentioned, I want this configured to HR Agent Workspace.
OOB Xanadu instance comes with the HR Service Description, but when I create everything it still doesn't work.
