Future granular delegation

We have Granular Delegation for HRSD but no delegation records (sys_user_delegate) are created when the start date of the delegation is in the future. It works fine whenever todays date is selected as start date for the delegation.  Has anyone had the same issue? We've had a case with SN Support for weeks but with no acceptable solution proposed yet.

sys_user_delegate is the platform delegation table and not used with granular delegation.  Look for records in the sys_granular_delegate table.

sorry, I put the wrong table name - but the same applies. No record is created
