Grouping HR Case data

Hello

I am looking for a feature of grouping HR cases.

I know that most basic categorization is by COE, Topic Category, Topic Details, and HR service.

What I want to do is to divide HR cases whose HR services is same into some group.

For example: 

I have payroll inquiry HR service and I would like to group its HR cases with its details such as Salary Calculation, Payday Details, Pay Slip Queries, Salary Changes, Benefits and Salary.

Is there any good solution?

Further classification would require customization like creating a new field in HR case were you can categorize the HR cases like  Salary Calculation, Payday Details, Pay Slip Queries, Salary Changes, Benefits and Salary etc...

if your open for new field creation on HR case then this is one of the solution..
