The end user is your employees, those requesting support.  The agents are the fulfillers, those in HR answering questions and completing requests.  Granular delegation is for employees - think managers can delegate someone else to approve requests for them when they are on vacation.

Hi @Susan Britt, can you provide guidance on how to achieve delegating e-signature task (i.e. sn_doc_task)? For example below, the user can see the delegated task on their to-do but they can't see the actual document to sign. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Benjie,

The E-Signature cannot be delegated.  OOB, that and surveys are the HR task types that are not supported.
