Docusign webhook not returning status back to ServiceNow

Hi, 

I am facing an issue that when we trigger the docusign flow from servicenow, its sending the template for signature in DocuSign. After document is signed in docusign envelop status is not getting updated in servicenow.

Can anyone help on this?

Hi @rishabh - In order to get DocuSign Envelopes in ServiceNow instance, envelopes must be created from the ServiceNow instance using one of the following actions:
- Create Draft Envelope from Template
- Send Adhoc Signature Request to User
- Send Adhoc Signature Request to Users
- Send Adhoc Signature Request to Users - Inline

Existing envelopes won't get synchronized into the ServiceNow Envelopes table. Are you using the above actions and create the envelope?

Hi Michael, Issue got resolve. The issue was on docusign side, I changed the api setting from rest to legacy.

I see that this solution was from 8/2022.  Have you made any updates?  We have the DocuSign Spoke working, but after completing the signing in DocuSign, it won't send the Status back to ServiceNow.
