Hide Comment/Worknotes from HR agent workspace

Hi Community,

Comments/Worknotes needs to be visible only under Compose section of HR case and it should not be visible beneath short description.

I tried to achieve this using UI policy but this is hiding even from Compose section.

Please guide the right path.

Hi,

you should change the form layout. remove the fields*(comments & worknotes and also Activities(filtered)) from where it is and add it to the compose section.

OOB  comments are already present inside Compose section.

It needs to be remove from below marked section.

Okay, Follow the steps below. and let me know if you have issue in any of the setps

1. Open this form in native ui.
2. Change the view to workspace
3. Right click on the header and Configure->form layout
4. Then remove the comments/worknotes field 
5. Save.

Verify the changes in workspace.

I tried - It disappear from both compose section as well as from required place.
