Hide Open cases for subject person from "my requests" in employee center

Hi, 

I want to hide open cases from my requests in employee center. I added filter condition for case table and need to create ACL.  Need suggestions on how to create ACL to restrict open cases for subject person where open cases created onbehalf.

This should be controlled on the individual HR Service Configuration.  There is a field to indicate if the Subject Person should see the case or not. You do not need to create an ACL.
