highlight VA icon for first time users

We are introducing chatbot newly to users on portal and we will have announcement on the banner.

Can we also highlight  VA chat icon with some text when they first time login.

Hi there,

Out-of-the-box definitely no. With some creativity, yes. Though it would probably cost you a good chunk of hours.

You could create an extra widget which does some kind of highlighting that you have in mind, and using User Preferences to control it for individual users.
