Lifecycle Events - Activity Field Mapping - not working in Workspace

Hello HRSD Experts,
I have an activity in LE that is of type Catalog Item. I have set up Activity Field Mapping in a way that subject person's HR profile is mapped to a variable in this Catalog Item.
If that task is approached from Employee Center, the variable is populated as expected.
But if the same task is approached from Workspace, when I click the link to Catalog Item, the variable is empty.
I have already noticed that in entire HRSD, what works in Employee Center does not need to work in Agent Workspace or in "normal UI", but just want to ask you all if this is by design or something is not working as it should be?

Hi @Lukasz Bojara ,
"Subject_person_hr_profile" cannot be a field !!
You need to select the right field, something like below:

Thank for your reply, but:
You can not use subject_person, system does not allow it, to map it to variable you must use the subject_person_hr_profile:

If you look at my screenshot, i have added Subject person HR profile not " subject_person".

Your second screenshot is in fact my orignal configuration, the one that works in Employee Center but not in Workspace:
My only guess is that, the automation works in Employee Center becouse from that UI it assumes that you may need help, as where in workspace you are a fulfiller so you should know what you are doing 😉
