How can we add topics inside Popular topics in the ESC portal

Can anyone please help me to add topics under the Popular topics in the ESC portal? What's the procedure to do this?

Hello @Apaul,:
Create a New Topic Category:
- Click New.
- Fill in the Name (e.g., "Network Support").
- Set the Order to control its position in the list (e.g., between "Hardware" and "Software").
Associate Content with the Topic:
- Link catalog items, knowledge articles, or other content to this topic.
- You do this by editing the item/article and selecting your new topic in the "Topic" or "Category" field.
Publish and Verify:
- Ensure the topic is published or active.
- Visit the ESC portal to confirm it appears in the correct location

what's your business requirement?
the popularity of content is based on number of times it was requested and for KB it's the number of times article is viewed.
FAQs on Curated Experiences, Search Configurations, and Content Recommendation
the essential parts for your questions is the following:
- What is the recommendation logic used with ‘Recommended for you’ widget?
In general, this widget highlights the most viewed knowledge article and most requested catalog items across all employees (for a time period defined in the instance options by the portal administrator)

Hello @Apaul ,
"Popular topics" shows the Topics that users click the most.
It will populate with time.
You cannot force a specific topic to be shown there.
