ITSM items visible in ESC

Hi,

 

I have a issue. Which I navigate to all catalogs in ESC portal, the items, Report an issue and Can't find what you are looking in Popular items. I don't want them bcoz they are in ITSM side. How should I remove / Hide. I already checked taxanomies and Catagories. Attached the Images

remove that catalog from ESC portal.

Steps

1) Go to "m2m_sp_portal_catalog" table

2) search for your particular catalog and ESC portal mapping record

3) deactivate that record

4) all items under that catalog won't be seen on ESC

1. Adjust AI Search Sources :

Refer: How to hide certain Catalog items from ESC portal search that are intended only for CSM portal

 

 2. You can adjust how many topics appear in the “Popular Topics” section by pressing Ctrl + right-click on the widget, then opening Instance Options and setting your preferred limit.

Refer: How to hide topics in Popular Topics, but should not affect Topics which are shown in the header.
