How can we add topics inside Popular topics in the ESC portal

Can anyone please help me to add topics under the Popular topics in the ESC portal? What's the procedure to do this?

Check the popularity of your topics in this table "sn_ex_sp_topic_metric". You can also modify through background script to force data for the widget. Topics need active connected contents under it to show.
