How do I change the list of available templates for Knowledge Articles in HR Agent Workspace?

How do I change the picklist filters for 'Article Template' fields in HR Agent Workspace? I want to limit the selections users can see, but right now it is showing all templates. See screenshot.

Hi @Kimberly Bass ,

Am not sure how you are getting that field, as OOTB while Creating a Knowledge Article , i don't see a Template field provided, you have created it of you own.

Thanks. I just figured out that these were missing due to a system upgrade. In order to see certain templates, they must be associated with a particular Knowledge Base. Solution fixed!
